Complete mechanical and chemical cleaning, renovation, corrosion protection of all types of cooling towers, (insert, bundle and hybrid)

Descaling, acidification, high-pressure cleaning and washing of 500-bar rotary heads of all types of cooling towers (closed and open, plate and block insert, pipe bundle, and hybrid system). In case of corrosion, sheet metal work, repair, corrosion protection (exterior + interior), special 2-component primer + topcoat in 3 coats in 300-350 μm (micron) dry film thickness. Replacement of sheet and block inserts for insert towers, Mechanical and chemical (zinc inhibitor acid) cleaning and washing of bundled towers. Impregnation, repair and complete corrosion protection of pipe bundles with special coating. Acidification, cleaning and replacement of all types of water atomizers and drip separators as required.

If required, repair of silencers, production of new ones, distribution of cooling inserts, drip separators and atomizers.

 Spent chemicals are neutralized locally to pH-7, and transportation is also arranged by convention.
